G.  Effects of the contract

If for any reason whatsoever any of the foregoing conditions are considered invalid Myanmar law shall be applicable in place thereof; such, however, shall have no effect on the remaining conditions of sale and delivery or on the validity of the contract itself. Should certain clauses of the contract be held invalid the remaining clauses shall continue to be fully applicable.
