F.  Legal relationship/supplementary condition in case of international sale

Applicable law: the contract is subject, exclusively and without reservation, to Myanmar (Burma) Law. Contract Language: the contract language is English. However, according to needs and possibilities all documents will be accompanied by a translation designated as such into Myanmar or Chinese. In case of divergence between the original text and the translation the former shall apply. Delivery conditions. Deliveries are optionally carried out according to one of the following terms of incoterms 2000                     - Ex works                     - Cost and Freight (CFR)                     - FOB Yangon airport or Yangon seaport The place of execution of all deliveries and performances provided in the contract is Yangon or the place of delivery specified by the contract according to the above incoterms. This rule likewise applies to checks and bill of exchange.
