E.  Transfer of risks, delivery, acceptance

The risks pass to our customer at the latest at the moment of expedition of the contract or at the moment of reception of the notice of readiness even if further performances remain incumbent upon us such as transportation costs etc. All transportation insurance shall be taken out by our customer at his own expense. We are entitled to conclude transportation insurance contract in the name of our customer and to determine the itinerary and transportation means. Merchandise which has been expedited shall be accepted by our customer even when faulty; right provided under provided under letter L remain reserved.
