B.  Promised qualities, agreements

Qualities shall only be considered as guaranteed by us if expressly set forth as such in the special section of the contractual articles. Agreements made without our knowledge through on of our representatives or assistants bind us only if our customer inform us immediately thereof and we give him written confirmation of our acceptance.
